• Monday through Thursday night $135.00 plus sales and lodging tax.
  
• Fridays through Sunday $165.00 plus sales and lodging tax.
  
• Discount on rates for longer stays are negotiable.
  
• A deposit of 50 % of your total charges are due at the time of your reservation.
  
• Balance is due when you check- in.

Policies

• The Valley View Inn is a non-smoking facility.
  
• Smoking is permitted on the deck.
  
• We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
  
• Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  
• Returned checks are subject to $ 25.00 fee.
  
• Guests will be billed for damaged or missing items.
  
• Please no candles or open fires of any kind on the premises.
  
• Early departures still require full payment of your scheduled stay.

Cancellation

If a notice of cancellation is provided within the 7 day period, the full deposit may be used towards another stay at the inn.

If a notice of cancellation is provided in less then 7 days prior to check-in date, a gift certificate will be issued only if the inn is rebooked.

If there are extra-ordinary weather conditions, like power outages and or ice storms, you may use your deposit towards another stay at the inn.
